Terms of Use
These terms apply to TheOneConvert's native app, features made available through it, and the try-online article conversion demo on this site.
1. Authorized use
Use TheOneConvert only with articles, websites, video pages, and other content that you are authorized to access, read, play, convert, save, or export. The online demo accepts public HTTPS article URLs and is intended for content you have the right to retrieve and convert.
2. No rights grant
TheOneConvert does not grant you any copyright, license, access, playback, distribution, or other right in third-party content. You remain responsible for the source site's terms, licenses, copyrights, and other rules.
3. No access-control bypass
Do not use the app or site to bypass paywalls, authentication, DRM, geographic restrictions, private infrastructure, technical protection measures, or other access controls. Do not submit internal, local, private, or otherwise unauthorized URLs to the online demo.
4. Video websites
When video-site features are available, the selected website remains responsible for its content, playback, accounts, advertising, cookies, availability, and rules. A compatible playback path does not imply permission to copy or redistribute the video and does not change your obligations to the source site or rights holder.
5. Native app distribution
Purchases, refunds, and App Store account matters are handled by Apple under the applicable Apple terms. TheOneConvert is intended to operate without a separate developer account system.
6. Online demo availability
The online demo is a best-effort service for testing public article conversion. It may be changed, limited, or discontinued, especially when source sites change their markup, access rules, JavaScript behavior, or automated-request protections.
7. Service integrity
Do not abuse third-party services, probe infrastructure, overload the demo, interfere with normal operation, or use the app or site for unlawful activity.
8. No warranty
The app and site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Conversion and playback behavior can vary by source, markup, network conditions, entitlements, cookies, DRM, operating-system capability, and publisher changes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheOneConvert is not liable for lost content, failed conversions, playback or export errors, publisher-side changes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
